Assembly and dismantling times
Phase A (as of 200m2 / two-storey / Bathroom Trends):
Assembly: 2.1.-13.1.2020
Removal: 22.1.-24.1.2020

Phase B (100-200m2):
Assembly: 3.1.-13.1.2020
Removal: 21.1.-23.1.2020

Phase C (< 100m2)
Assembly: 7.1.-13.1.2020
Removal: 20.1.-21.1.2020

Please note that you must book a time slot in our logistics tool beforehand for all journeys to and from the exhibition site! You will receive your personal login data for the logistics tool by the exhibition management in October 2019.

IMPORTANT:
Express empties are twice as expensive as non-declared empties. To save costs, we would thus ask you to only declare your empties as express empties if it is absolutely necessary for you to have these empties brought to your stand on the evening of the last day of the fair.

Billing: To ensure cost transparency, all the logistics services used will be billed to the exhibitor, irrespective of the person who has ordered them (stand constructor, forwarding agent, etc.). All the orders can be seen in the logistics tool.

Hall opening hours
Before the exhibition / assembly:
Mon-Sat: 7:00 – 22:00
Sun: 8:00 – 18:00

After the exhibition / dismantling
Sat: 17:00 – 22:00
Sun: 8:00 – 22:00
Mon-Fri: 7:00 – 22:00
