MESH developed a robotic process that combines formwork and reinforcement within a digital fabrication workflow that can be applied to large-scale production of complex 3D structures. The projects presented showcase the different applications in both architecture and construction industry.

Scaling microfactories into an integrated production ‘hub’

We're building our first production hub, which will have industrial robots that are capable of combining digital manufacturing methods, including 3D printing, milling, and inspection. These robots act as “microfactories,” which means they are self-contained units that can do all manufacturing steps.
